Subject: 1-to-1 Video Conference

After the analysis phase of this project, the team decided to implement the software named ooVoo and try to achieve 1-to-1 video conference and test the software for characteristic such as:
• Quality of Audio
• Quality of Video
• Ease of use

Procedure:
The team will download and install ooVoo in two laptop computers with webcam and then establish a connection between both and rate the points earlier stated.
The team will have to create two ooVoo accounts for this purpose.

Accomplishments:
• The team was able to establish 1-to-1 video conference.
• In a 1 to 5 rating being 5 the highest rate, the team rated the quality of audio as 4.
• In a 1 to 5 rating being 5 the highest rate, the team rated the quality of video as 4.
• In a 1 to 5 rating being 5 the highest rate, the team rated the ease of use as 5.

Problems encountered:
One of the problems the team faced was a compatibility issue with one of the computer’s webcam driver but this issue was later fixed by downloading the right driver.

Conclusion:
After this experimental phase, the team agreed that ooVoo could be the software needed to establish multiple video conferences given the description of the software. The team will continue to test this software for multicast in future experiments.
