. Project and Purpose
The project is currently in the developmental phase. The team’s focus has shifted to eliminating the current crop of over dozens of software into one, and researching the proper equipment that is required for each project. Group members have been in constant contact using instant messaging systems, emails, phone calls, and text messages to communicate throughout the week. The group has met together in person on Friday from 1:00pm-3:30pm.

2. Accomplishments from previous week
• The group members researched the feasibility of each software that will be used in the project.
• Exchanged ideas and provided comments on research
• Eliminating the possible software into one which is called “ooVoo”, and tested on the laptops.

3. Planned activities for the current week:
• Do more research about the software
• Test the software on the PCs on campus.
• Finalize the equipment we are going to use and request.

4. Current or continuing problems:
• Since we haven`t decide if we are going to request some of the equipment from the college, we will first try on our own laptops.
• It seems the meeting on Thursday is hard to achieve due to the classes we both have on that day, we moved the meeting on Fridays at campus.

• Comment #2: Are any deadline for each steps for the project?

Summary of the meetings:
Each team member discussed the pros and cons of each software that been researched. Afterwards, the team discussed the agenda for the current week, and then moved on to discussion about the list of the equipment and devices that will be used.
